Also getting new growth.
I'm triple negative so chemo was it for me and I finished that in May 2009. I haven't gone for a haircut yet because my hair is growing back so curly but I have noticed new growth coming in under the curls. I haven't lost my eyelashes again but my eyebrows seem to go through phases where they thin out and grow back. I'm not sure there will ever be such a thing as "normal" for us again. As you said "what a journey"!!!0 -
YUP
I have extremely thick hair and when it came back it was somewhat thin which concerned me (yes I know I just happy to have hair) anyway as time went on I noticed it thickening up, my onco just said sometimes our bodies are slow to regenerate because of all the treatments.
Hugs,
