Lost another sister

Just got a call that we lost another sister yesterday. She did not post to this group, she was older than most of us, in her 70's, but a fighter none the less. I feel so sorry for her and her son, she moved to Texas to live with her son from Chicago. She received treatment at the same center where I go until they told her there was nothing else they could do. So sad!!! Not the way to start a new year!

makes me sad and nervous.

    My heart goes out to her Son.
    She is pain free now & in a better place.

    I am so sorry. This has sadly been quite a year for loss, recurrence and mets. I don't know about others but I think the lesson for me is how to deal with so much grief as you are all so important to me. When will there be a cure!!??
