I just made my appointment for Nanoknife consultation. I just happened to mention that I also have thyroid cancer and the nurse said she thought they had done one recently. That would be supercool. I'm gonna be stoked if I can get my thyroid taken care of. I should be right in the window for treatment but might still be on the outside looking in. There are centers all over the world treating all different kinds of tumors. The chances of me finding a Dr in SC that with try them all out on me is pretty slim. I sense a trip coming on. There aren't many of the machines around and there aren't many deals to be found. Each probe can only be used once and they cost about $2000 each. I'm looking at a minimum of 7-10. So that's 20k before anything else is factored in. This might be out of my budget. I wonder if they'll take a check?
