Butter Bar Recipe

Hi everyone I'm going to share a recipe now that my family likes. These usually disappear really fast. This time I put them half and half with the other recipe on here, the no bake chocolate maccaroons. Ok, I hope someone tries it.

Butter Bars

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 cube butter, softened
3 eggs
Almost 1 box powder sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Pat in bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix next 3 ingredients well. Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining powder sugar. Cool then cut.

The cube
Patty these are soo good. I hope you try them. For the cube thing, it's the way the recipe was given to me. You know when you buy the box of four indivually wrapped "cubes" of butter? One of those, or which is equal to 1/2 cup of butter. Ok, now go cook them and let me know. I don't share recipe's often, so I'm excited to know.
