The following is a copy of an earlier post I filed under Humor, but I believe it belongs here as well.

My wife decided we should go to a bed and breakfast on the Canadian side of Lake Huron a few weeks before my Kidney Cancer Surgery. We went to the nicest restaurant in town and they brought all the meals out on a cart to display them. At the time I was not amused about the kidney pie. Now I can laugh about it.
