Hi everyone.
Mum had her last chemo a week ago Friday, and she had to see her consultant on Monday , every thing good, they will do a ct scan / blood text beginning of January to get a baseline picture, is she now in remission as treatment has ended? Or is it classed as remission after her 3 month blood test comes back normal. I would have asked the consultant but I have been away and was unable to go with her.

Generally, remission is
Generally, remission is considered to be achieved after first line chemo, if the CA125 is within normal limits and the CT scan is "clear".
Hoping it's all good for your mom from here on out.
