We're here for you!
Hi,
So sorry to hear of your husbands passing. I know how you're feeling, cause I lost my husband in March. It's so hard when you go from having everything to now having a new life to get used to. I was overwhelmed! But I did go on meds & started seeing a counselor which helped alot. These holidays are hard for me and don't know how I would've gotten through this without my kids, grandkids and friends. Take one day at a time, but know you'll never forget him, but it does get easier. Take care & if you need to talk, we're all here for you. This is a great site! "Carole" -

So sorry for the pain cancer brings to all of our lives. Carole I am in the same boat as you, lost hubby in March to lung cancer. I really just want to close my eyes and December be over with.Just as we survived being caregivers when we didnt think we could go on another moment, we will survive the pain of losing our nearest and dearest.

Panks,
Sorry about your husband. Too bad we can't all go someplace where they don't celebrate Christmas. How long was your hubby sick? It'll just be a year in January since mine was diagnosed. He did everything for me, but funny how fast we have to learn to be independant, right? I read so many posts on hear and can't believe how many types of cancer there is. Wish they would come up with something that would cure them all.
Hang in there!! "Carole" -
So Sorry For Your Loss
There are no words that I can find that would ease the pain you are feeling. I almost lost my husband today because of a severe reaction to Erbitux. I am reminded how every minute we have with our loved ones should be cherished.
Please know that we are all here for you. It will take time, but things will get easier and you will remember only the good times that you shared. I'm glad your husband is at peace and no longer suffering. My heart goes out to you. I know you are in agony.
You're in my prayers for God to give you strength to get through this sad time. I'm sure your husband is watching over you right now. He'll always be your guardian angel.
(((HUGS)))
