second line of chemo options

Hi,
My mother just experienced re-occurrence after being off chemo for about 7 months and is scheduled to do chemo very soon. The dr. is looking at giving FOLFOX. I'm wondering if any of you had that folfox, or what your second line of treatment was. Thanks.
