Sunrae How are you?

You have been so on my mind and I hope the shingles are gone. How are you feeling from all the "other" health issues?

I'm hanging in there. See my surgeon and medical oncologist this Tuesday for follow up. I started juicing and I swear it is making a difference in my energy levels. I felt like a wet noodle for the longest time and now my energy seems to be returning.

Merry Christmas sweet Sunrae and Merry Christmas to all our pink sisters.

    Hi, Cousin Natly!
    So glad to hear that your energy is better! Hope everything goes well with your followups this week....I'm almost a year out of treatment, and it STILL feels like scheduling, rescheduling, and going to doctors' appointments is my full-time job -- just the way it's going to be, I guess!

    Hi everyone, Just posted an
    Hi everyone, Just posted an update today titled "Good News - NED is good dancer". We're also into juicing now and hoping to recover my energy level sooner. There is a book you can buy at Amazon titled "The Juiceman's Power of Juicing", by Jay Kordich, which can be purchased used very cheaply. Its real informative and easy to follow. We have several friends who are into juicing, and their health seems to be so good, we decided to give it a try. We met a dr. 2 years ago who was in his 70's, and he seems to think juicing has so much health value, he's been juicing for years and its a way of life for him. So now it may be a way of life for us too.
