Getting back to my normal

So off I go with my IV cart for my first smoke. It was cold as hell out there. I get out the door and light up. Just about that time I pass out cold and fall, IV cart and all. I come to and my head is on a trash can along with the damn IV cart. I pick myself up and here is this sign that says. Thank you for not smoking as this is a smoke free campus.
So I try to act like I just tripped and sat on a bench as if nothing happened and just finished my smoke. I think it was just the shock of the cold and the hit off the cigarette that did it to me.
This morning I had an almost normal poop. I have had no sharts at all and can fart just like a normal old coot.
Now to add to my mental attitude recovery, I get a call from the brain doc this morning. They, after a closer look at my MRI, agree with my country doc in that the brain tumor looks benign. They now want to wait until end of January and do another MRI and see if it has changed in size. If it is benign, it should be the same size. He said it could have been in there for years. That would explain why I am wired a little different then most folks. The good part is I can keep/use the “tumor card” forever to get out of trouble.

Healthy, but still a Conservative Republican....
Oh well. I guess we'll have to take what we can get......
(Great show, but try to stay away from trash cans)

Only you!
I can just see you now draped over a trash can with your IV cart. And I am sure you didn't bother to tell anyone in the medical profession that it happened.
You are lucky, not only that you didn't really hurt yourself but also that a guard didn't come along to take you and your cig to the pokie!
Hoping that all goes well with the followup on the brain tumor.
Glad you are a bagless man with good poop.
Try to stay out of trouble and not use that card too often.

Oh my gosh...you're crazy,I'm so glad you didn't end up with injuries to give you more problems to deal with.....and now,in a kind sort of way of course...what a nurses nightmare.lololol....but patients like you do give us something to talk about for awhile. Glad to hear you're doing well at home

Kerry,
You crack me up. I don't smoke anymore, well I do if you count MM. I have threatened to go do that at the hospital when they were slow with my pain meds. I love your style. Get back to pooping normally.

Smokin' will kill ya
It'll make you fall down. Made me drive off into a ditch once. But there's something about smoking and crapping that go together; so I don't blame you doin' whatcha gotta do.
Not surprised that the brain doc agrees with the country doc. Only took him a week or so to figure it out. Hope it's benign.0 -
Glad you are ok!
My Doctor made me promise that I did not smoke or drink while on Chemo. He said flat out, "If I find a patient smoking or tell me they smoke I drop them as a client." WOW, Luckily I never have been a smoker.
Glad you are OK. I am glad that the surgery went well!
Get Better!

I'm not sure if I should be laughing or crying. So the heck with it I'll do both over your cigarette/trash can experience.
Glad your home safe and well, dare I say it? Sound.
No sharts and a good fart sounds pretty good to me. LOL
