    Go to your CSN home page, middle column is communicate, you will see sub-title for mail. Just go there and click away.

    To your left, on the left side of your screen, there's a link
    described as "CSN Email". Click on that.

    At the bottom of the screen it takes you to, you'll see a few options.
    Click on "write a new message"

    When that screen opens, put the name of the poster you want
    to send the message to, in the "To" box. If you have assigned any
    "friends", you can use the drop-down menu to send to them,
    otherwise just type the name in the box.

    Give it a subject, write the letter, using as many expletives you can
    think of, and send it off.

    There. That's it. Now wait for the reply!

    Bah-dah-bing; bah-dah-boom.
