Have a white, ashey look on my hands today. Took my last steroid with lunch. Had Chemo #3 on Tuesday. It itches a bit but not scratching the hands. Anyone else have this?

steroids can do that
I know that beside insomnia, mood changes and increased appetite, steroids tend to dry you out too. Keep the skin lubricated. Try cotton gloves at night with a thick lanolin or eucerin/aquaphor like ointmnet on your hands. You can also use it on the feet but you might want to use saran wrap before putting on the socks. Do this for about a week and you should see the difference.
Hope this helps.
