I just found these guided imagery podcasts available from Kaiser. There are some specific to chemotherapy, cancer, radiation therapy, stress, weight loss, menopause, successful surgery, and more. You can download them to a 'personal device', save to your computer, or listen from the website. Here's the link...

locate our services (on top)
medical staff directory
clinical staff directoy
practitioner name
type in "Rich Guy" (yes, that is my onc's name!)
search
visit my home page
healthy living to go podcasts (in the blue on the left)
healthy journeys guided imagery programs
choose what you want from the list and listen
