My hubby is constantly low on magnesium and has to get infusions regularly. I was curous as to what role this mineral has to the body, how to replace it and why is may become low. I was amazed on how much this mineral does for us and that many humans may be low and not know it.

I have read this and appreciate the information. I will make sure Jim gets a diet to include these foods that provide magnesium. We just received his counts yesterday and he is doing well. He continues to get hydration daily through tomorrow. It helps greatly.
