My hubby is constantly low on magnesium and has to get infusions regularly. I was curous as to what role this mineral has to the body, how to replace it and why is may become low. I was amazed on how much this mineral does for us and that many humans may be low and not know it.

I thought maybe you all might find this article interesting to.

    thank you
I have read this and appreciate the information. I will make sure Jim gets a diet to include these foods that provide magnesium. We just received his counts yesterday and he is doing well. He continues to get hydration daily through tomorrow. It helps greatly.

    God Bless,

    Linda
