    Had to run down thursday as Dad was still not able to pee. Did the in and out cath and relieved his bladder. Finally he starting peeing some. Went home this morning and then found out that he stopped peeing again and mom had to take him to the ER and have the cath put back in. I thought sister was coming down today but no she is at her daughters babsysitting plans on going home tomorrow and taking her grand daughter with her. Yet she complains to me that Mom is not able to take care of Dad with her back hurting! And is fixated on they shouldn't be going up and down the basement steps. The tv room is down there as well as the laundry room. Thinks me and my husband should go down there and move the tv, washer, and dryer up stairs even tho Mom doesn't want that.

    Remember that you need to take care of yourself first! Hope your mom and dad are better and you have more support from your sister

    I went and had my carotid arteries checked a few years ago...I have high cholesterol. And, many of my friend's hubbies are on a first-name basis with their urologist...lol!

    I'm sorry to hear about all of your troubles..sigh...you DO have a full plate!

    But you are lucky to have a supportive sis...I am fairly on my own...
