Good News From ENT

So i went for my check up today and the doctor told me that it looks normal and that i am healing fast. So i asked does that mean the cancer is gone and he says to me and my wife, " you are cancer free!!!!. " Which made me ask if i still needed to go for my PET scan tomorrow and he said not right now. You seem do be doing well. What a blessing and i did it without putting myself through the last 2 chemo treatments of the 6 that were scheduled. Thank all of you for the support and kindness you have shown me.

    Excellent to hear! Have you been able to wipe off the grin that showed up on your face when the doc said "cancer free" yet? I was sitting here being grumbly - your post was a gift. Do well.

    I wish I had good news from my ENT doctor
    Well today I went to my ENT doctor and I have failed my hearing test and my ENT doctor want me to get hearing aids due the mount of damage I received from chemo and radiation.

    Nothing like being cancer free!! Congrats to you James. Tim, I have had some damage to my hearing also but maybe not as bad as you. But being alive is worth it no matter what! Hang in there Tim and my prayers will be with you and you too James.
