    Following Dr. Kawachi's
Following Dr. Kawachi's instructions, we loaded up on soy for the five weeks before surgery and my Gleason score post op went from a nine to a seven. I also ate lots of cooked tomatoes, POM juice, omega 3s, acai juice, and lots of other organics. No sugar, red meat or dairy except for yogurt.
