I could not agree more.
I could not agree more. Between Dr. Kawachi's fine surgical technique when removing my prostate and being very physically active before and after surgery, I have almost 100% control. For the first two weeks after catheter removal, if I coughed unexpectedly, I leaked a few drops. Now it's like nothing ever happened. 3/4 erections too!
