Need Prayers

A girlfriend of my niece, a girl who was in her bridal party is in the hospital. She is 28 years old and has had a stroke. She had trained for and ran the NYC Marathon last Sunday and on on Thursday her cartoid artery burst and a blood clot lodged in her brain stem. She was in a medically induced coma but fought it and kept waking up, so they let her wake. She has no movement on her left side and we just found out from her mother she has pneumonia. Please keep her in your prayers.

    So sorry.
    I will keep her and her family in my thoughts and prayers. She is young and she may come back. My friend had a stroke 2 years ago at 58 and they thought she would never recover. Surprize. She did!

    Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers for Lauren. I have not heard anything new today, but late yesterday we found out that she has pneumonia. She still has no movement on her left side. Please keep praying for her.

    Oh my! This was so shocking to read~ I hope that she continues to progress and that with rehabilitation and physical therapy she will regain movement and of course get over the pneumonia as well.
