Best second round treatment with least side effects...........

My mother was put on Topotecan about a month ago which ended up putting her back into the hospital. Her CA 125 is around 1900 and she has fluid in the lungs which had to be drained and fluid in the kidneys that had to be drained and a possible intestinal obstruction.......She is supposedly platinum resistant now. Please tell me of any second round treatments that you have had success with.
