I received excellent news today and just wanted to share. The results of my first post-treatment PET scan shows that I am currently cancer-free!
This is the best news I've had in six months. I am so blessed! I am grateful that I have such a supportive wife (caregivers need lots of love), a loving family and a lot of friends and colleagues who supported me and helped me with their prayers. I hope this news boosts the spirits of those still going through treatment. A positive attitude is a big part of the battle.

Hey Army Guy, Congrats on the good news and breathing easy. Mark gets his first post PET today. I hope he falls into rank with you. (Pun intended).
Happy Veteran's Day as well.
