Following my time of feeling like I wanted to smack the crap out of people and intense insomnia, I went to have my physical.

Eureka!!! I am deficient in Vitamin D, which can lead to insomnia, body aches, and mood changes.

So I have vitamins to take now and back up Ambien. So I am prepared for helping my family during the holidays. Now I feel better equipped to handle everything with my mother's illness.

Vitamin D deficiencies can also lead to colon cancer and ovarian cancer. Both of which run in my family.

    whew!
I know that is some more relief you have knowing about the deficiency, that there is something you can do about it, and that you may have even prevented future trouble for yourself.

Now, find that perfect pillow and snuggle down in bed for a long winter's nap - just to catch up a little bit!

    Hugs!
