delete item?

please tell me how to delete a post when i click it three times (impatiently) thinking it is not working....and then it appears three times!

    I have gone back as long as
    I have gone back as long as the edit appears and deleted them...sometimes back a screen works too.

    It happens to all of us! You actually can't delete it, but if you reply to your message (before anyone else does) you can just back space to erase the body of the message, and type in "Double Post" or something similar in its place!

    I am having same problem
    I can see to edit...but not delete...3 x today and posted many times for one posting

    You can't delete it unless
    You can't delete it unless it is a post that you started, a new discussion thread. Many of us double or triple post at times if we get too impatient that it is taking awhile. LOL I just erase or backspace over the extra posts & write double post. No big deal, we all do it.
