I remember reading something Negitive about having too much Folic Acid while going through chemo. I know it's in alot of foods in small amounts, that is ok but I was just reading the package and saw that it has 100% of daily req. in Kellogg's All-Bran (1/2 cup). I've been having it before going to bed. I wonder if I should continue? Any thoughts on folic acid? OH, It's always something that comes up then I worry about it. Of course we don't want anything to interfere with chemo and getting rid of this BC.
Any thoughts on this
Thank you
