Thank you for being a part of the Cancer Survivor Network community. Survivors and caregivers like you have played a unique role in fostering an online environment that encourages connection among those needing support, community, and education. On May 28, the Network will be discontinued. More details are available here . If you have any questions, contact CSNSupportTeam@cancer.org. Thanks again for the support you’ve provided each other over the years. We remain committed to supporting you in other ways throughout your cancer journey.

I haven't been here in a while...it has been one year since my beloved sis Peg left us . I am better , than I was then....I am more conscious of the love that is always with us-between she and I! I just wanted to say hello, and let all know we/I am still in the fight! My students and I did the Relay4life event (an overnighter) and donated nearly $400 last spring...I walked for beautiful Peg. The ceremony was wonderful, too. I also just did the MakingStrides walk for Breast C last weekend we walked and donated $200 that the stdents raised in one week!
Once again, love and health to all
Blessings & Hope,
Vonetta ((hugs))

Hi!
Hi, Vonetta.
It's good to hear from you, and I'm glad you're feeling a little stronger now. I know you'll never forget your lovely sister, but a little time helps you focus more on the good than the sadness.
It's great that you're participating in fundraising events. It really does help, and it helps you feel positive, as well.
*hugs*
Gail
