EEEEE-XCELLENT!!!

I went for my scope today and it was Excellent! My one year anniversary of my last TX is 10/16/2010. I go for my PET/CT Scan in November, and if - no - WHEN it comes back clean, I can get this port-o cath out of my chest.
Thank you all for the support, prayers, and good thoughts. Without all your funny, informative, amusing, and sometimes heart wrenching posts, I could not have gotten stronger.
I also am actually beginning to like my "new norm", which I never thought I could. I am stronger, more compassionate & spiritual, and learning to take each day as it comes - as a gift. Blessings, Patty (still not Fatty - Lol!)

Thanks to all!
Appreciate all the posts of good wishes! My PET/CT is November 15th, so I will be revving up with anxiety probably around the 12th. Lol! I chose the 15th because it is my favorite son's birthday. (Ha ha - he's also my only son) No matter how many times we go thru these scans, the anxiety still creeps in - huh. Best wishes and love to all! Thank you!

Yes, at least for me, it's still always a big anxiety game....
Last time, I requested a copy for myself at the front desk. They'll give you the report and CD's the same day they send them to the MD usually about 3 days.
Best,
