Great news
Very glad to hear that. Sorry to hear about the remaining cough. I remember having a cough a lot during and after chemo. I also had gotten a couple of colds and it was so hard to tell all of it apart. I wouldn't worry too much about moving the PET scan up. You've been having a rough time and She probably wants to see where it is all at quicker. This would give her a free hand to treat you however she needs to. The three week mark is the time most everyone gets the scan during treatment ie: right before the next one. I think they add a little time after you finish because those drugs are still working in there and they want the most bang for your buck. It will be interesting to see how quickly you start returning to some sort of normal now that there won't be a treatment this week. Still don't know how you managed that 2 week schedule. I was barely ready for another treatment after 3 weeks. When looking at the hard time you have had it's really important to remember that. All the best. Mary (FNHL-1-4A-8/08)0 -

Mary,
The entire time I have been on this site I never actually realized our diagnosis are exactly the same. You probably said in one of your post but with chemo brain who can remember anything. Certainly not me. Now that so many of us post our DX at the end it makes it so much easier. I really like that idea.

I guess I never realized that either and yes it gets difficult to remember who has exactly what. I like this idea too. Although we all have Lymphoma there are going to be differences in treating the kinds and I sometimes would worry about sharing something that may not apply or would be different because of the type etc. If anyone chooses not to share this that is just fine as well. I wish there was a way to add it to my user name but haven't been able to figure that out. Hope all is well and have a great day. Mary(FNHL-1-4A-8/08)0 -

Thanks Mary, That two week schedule just caught up with me, I really can't wait for this PET Scan, means that everything is OK, or I'am back to square one! Talk to you Vinny0 -
Hi, Vinny,
I am relieved to hear your fever broke and so you are continuing to heal. My throat always hurt little so I am praying that I don't have to ever cough! Is that the thing that tends to happen during chemo treatments? Maybe it is my WBCs. Will have the Neupogen shot starting this Thurs. So let's see if my throat will feel better...
