The tri-state area is the only place in the country where McDonald's hamburgers don't come with mustard.

Just moved to Rochester NY and everyone I meet here asks 'WHY'?? I started asking them why they are asking me WHY I moved here and some say, the winters are horrible, lots of snow and cold cold cold and some say that Rochester has the highest real estate tax in the country, this I found to be true.

So here I am in October and waiting for the snow I guess and also waiting for my pension to kick in the help with the taxes. May have to go back to work, not sure yet.

Don't think that Rochester, NY is a place most people retire to, usually the people here retire down south. So I guess I have to be different, cold weather can preserve this old broad, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!!!!

    Some other things we pronounce.....
    Worchester is Wuh-stah
    Quincy is Quinzy
any word that ends in er (biker) is bika and vise versa applies to
any word ending in a (data) is dater
    Taylor is tayla
The town of Carver is pronounced ,,Cah-vah
