Unfortunately, baseball great Tony Gwynn has salivary gland cancer.

    Thanks, Rush, for the info. Karl, then MD, and now one of the greatest hitters of all time. Do kinda wonder where he's gonna get treatment. Salivary- reckon such as that will give him the side-effect we all know for a long time.

    Of note: my being one of the NPC Survivors, with your breaking news I am reminded of someone who just may be the most "famous" person to have had Nasopharyngeal- Babe Ruth.
