Below are the common
Below are the common reactions listed in epocrates for femara. I am on arimidex (very similar to femara) and have not had that problem. My younger sister is on femara and she says that she has had some aches and pains, but no bloating/gas pain. Could it be something that you ate or a little virus? If it persists, let your doc know, but it looks like it probably is not femara.
