Tears at the gym
I was on my treadmill with a good book, ready to roll, that I cried. I would have
never thought that I would cry for joy for being able to go to the gym.
Go figure!

Working on the Temple
It feels good to go back to your regular routine after having your world turned inside out. I can relate. Congratulations! I went to the gym yesterday and hit the eliptical(?) machine. Boy does that give me a work out! Good luck on rebuilding, conditioning, and strengthening your Temple( body)!

to be able to start doing something that you really enjoy again. I felt the same way when I was finally able to go back to my water aerobics class. Who would think we would actually miss exercising!

Getting back to normal, 1 step at a time. Miss exercising, what a concept!
Strength, Courage and Energy for you.
