    I don' think I have had this with folfiri. Maybe someone else has. Were you sleeping in a funny position during the infusion?

    No , it's not positional it's a kind of cramp that started 5
    minutes after they put me the irinotecan. Manageable any way!

    I think irinotecan can cause
    I think irinotecan can cause cramping - I know it can cause abdominal cramping, so maybe it can cause it in other muscles too.

    that Pepe just wants his wife to rub his back. lol Glad that it went well except for the backache.
    PS: were you well hydrated before infusion? Might be muscle cramp?

    There is a shot
    There is a shot they can give you for that. If the cramping or diarrhea starts during infusion they normally want to give you the shot. (I think it is called atropine?)
