Fantastic news. I also had the transanal to get the first tumor out. Not many of us get that. I had to have chemo/rad to kill off a node that also was cancerous.
Very happy for you.
Kerry

Hey, congratulations on that
Hey, congratulations on that great news. That's just what I was thinking (hoping)they would say. So, what are your plans now? Are you a "back to normal" person or a "not going down that road again" person? What are their recomendations for follow-ups? How soon before any scopes or scans? It's great to hear. Keep us posted.
Take care, Chris -

To tell you the truth I don't think I can be either one of those people. Not a "back to normal" I broke up with my boyfriend today because he didn't even come to the hospital, I have learned that I deserve better then that. As far as "not going down that road again person" only god knows that but today I smiled for the first time that it felt like a real smile so I think I will be"a day at a time person"in a joyous way. I have appointment with onc on 19th of oct don't think I will need chemo but we will see and then follow up with surgeon in 6 months. As everyone knows here life can turn in a moment I tried to live a day at a time in a joyous way when I was in the middle of it all, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I tried. What about you?? Second opinion???Laura -
