Neurologist's Recommendation - Thin Cuts through the Meckel's Cave

My Neurologist is recommending that I get thin cuts through the Meckel's cave, using the 3 Tesla machine to see if there is any evidence of a vascular loop. I have alredy been diagnosed with a Meningioma, but there has been no change in this for the last six months. I was in such shock when I visited the Neuro last week that I didn't ask any questions about what the procedure is all about. Any help out there? Hugs, Judy
