The farmed fish issue has been a debate since they stated…I went to a fish farm once and I have never eaten farmed fish again (you just need to go and it will cure you)… the only fish I eat out is sockeye salmon (100% wild)…At home I eat a variety including canned sardines in olive oil (funny the best fish for you in the world then sockeye salmon)…All confusing but my message is eat well and beat this beast…revenge is living good and long…May all prosper0 -

Best to check the country of origin on canned sardines, as most comes from Asia, often China, and if you've read the news lately about products coming out of China (lead, mercury, etc), then it's almost better to eat farmed fish from the United States (which we try to avoid in favor of wild), and why I check labels before buying canned fish.0 -

Good point but my sardines are wild caught (the only kind available I believe) and the ones I buy are caught off the Atlanta of the coast of Morocco. Did you now the USA closed its last sardine “factory” last year and then all of this news about the benefits of sardines…Simply amazing0
