Haven't posted for a long long time, nor have I checked in very often. We have had much sadness in our family this spring and summer with the sudden death of my nephew who was like a son to us. I needed to take a break from cancer talk.
However, Bob had his P.S. which marks his one year anniversary upon finishing treatment. Once again we were greated by his radiation oncologist with the best possible news - no sign of cancer!!!!
My hope is that you are all continuing to do well and face the struggle with eternal optimism. I continue to hold you all in my heart.

    yours is the second report of a clean PET I've read tonight. It makes me feel good every time. Glad to hear things are still looking good.

    What more could you wish for, a clear pet scan, you must be so relieved, they do say head and neck cancer is curable, so this give us all loads of hope, thank you for posting. xxxx

    Great to hear of Bob's really great news. Oh yeah- another one joins the 1-year and counting club...to 2, and 3, and...Our numbers are growing, Folks. And this is what we all need, new and old- proof of success, and a good life post-treatment. To all who are in treatment- this is where the road you are on leads to. Yes!
