How do I send a pm???

Need to send a pm and don't know how. Help please.

    go up to mail
    it took me a bit to figure it out. go over to mail

    go to the left under CSN
    go to the left and look under CSN, go down and see CSN Email. look at new or inbox and then everything else is your regular email.

    you have done chat as well, right?

    Hi iowasignterp,
    I've gone to chat a few times, however, don't recognize anyone there. Is it one general chat for everyone?
