Awwww!
I'm so sorry that it is rough for you right now. I know by #'s 5 and 6 I was all played out so can only imagine how you must feel. Trust that they will do what is best for you and let them know how you are feeling. What again is the tie in with the Procrit? I know you've probably already said but I don't recall. I know it has something to do with your previous CA. Keep hangin' in there. Hope you are able to sleep. All the best. Mary0 -
Vinny
Hi Vinny,
I thought I had everyones name written down that was going in for treatment or tests this week, but it looks like I missed you!!! Soooo very sorry Vinny!!! I have a little notebook by my computer with everyones name on a page and under each name I write down the dates they are going in for something. You are always in my thoughts with your low counts and I want so badly to see those climb. The shortness of breath and dull pain in your chest makes me gringe for you, as that has been one of my greatest fears for me. Thats why the pred makes me so paranoid because it messes with my breathing and heart rate. I told my hubby the first day of treatment that I could take anything this chemo decides to throw at me, as long as my breathing stays normal and my heart doesn't do anything weird. Hang in there Vinny and know you are thought about every day of the week!
Good luck today....Sue0 -
Thinking postive thoughts
Hi Vinny,
Hpoefully you have completed your chemo. You should be home and resting by now. How are the blood counts. I hope that they have come up and that you are feeling some better. low RBC really knocks the wind out of you. I always run low and have had my share of extreme lows. Really hope you perk up.
Thinking of you..

Hope things went well Vinnie. I agree, but treatments 5 & 6 I was exhausted, worn out and just plain lazy lol. Didn't do much of anything the last few weeks that's for sure.0 -
Good days then bad days becoming good days....
Hey, Vinny,
I know how crummy you feel because I am starting to feel it too after my chemo yesterday. I got report that my WBC is 2.1 and GRAN 0.4 which are low but my RBC is 3.8 (normal). Was told that I need to get N shot starting tomorrow every day! I cannot believe it becuz before yesterday, I felt energetic more than ever before and ate real well. But yesterday I ate only eat spoonfuls of yogurt and some crackers so to tame my tummy from aching a bit. Now eating matzah ball soup. Look forward for us to have better days real soon!

If you can, really consider acupuncture for your tummy troubles. It's worth a shot, try it once and if you get no relief you know you've given it an effort. Can't hurt. You really do NOT feel the needles and they put on soft music and you just sleep for a bit.
It's wonderfully relaxing.0
