The Cancer Survivors Network (CSN) is a peer support community for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, families, and friends! CSN is a safe place to connect with others who share your interests and experiences.
Thank you for being a part of the Cancer Survivor Network community. Survivors and caregivers like you have played a unique role in fostering an online environment that encourages connection among those needing support, community, and education. On May 28, the Network will be discontinued. More details are available here . If you have any questions, contact CSNSupportTeam@cancer.org. Thanks again for the support you’ve provided each other over the years. We remain committed to supporting you in other ways throughout your cancer journey.

Huggggggs!
Krystie... this is such a hard and painful time for you, and not that it's really any consolation, know that your friends here on the board are totally aware of just how much you did for your Mom and everything you did for her was done with love and her comfort in mind. Angels like you are very very special and I know you aren't thinking of yourself right now, but girlfriend, now is the time for YOU! Shed a tear, allow yourself to grieve, but then take the world by the tail and make it YOURS!! The roles have been reversed now... your mom is going to be your angel on your shoulder. Her energy is going to be there for you whenever you need to ask her anything. She will niggle in your ear if she thinks you aren't taking care of yourself. So shed those angel wings and you go out and live for Krystie and all the things that you want to accomplish because you deserve them all!
One day at a time... and know that we all are there for you if you need to vent or talk or just be able to tell us about your day
Hugggggs,
Cheryl
