In response to Pat's (padee6339) and Linda's (linpsu) questions about organizing a possible CSN get-together in their area, here's the list of folks in Washington DC, Maryland, and Pennsylvania that I put together back in June.

If I missed you, or if you're new and live in this area, please check in and let them know. You can't let us SoCal ladies have all the fun!

    Thanks Traci. I have been so jealous of you So. Cal girls. linpsu, I live in Watsontown, about 60 miles north of Harrisburg. Are you near State Colloege ( psu )or a fan whereever you are? I'm interested in meeting up with others on this board. Hope to hear back from you.

    I dont live in DC but my
    I dont live in DC but my daughter goes to school there so I visit.

    I live in Maryland
    I live right off I-95 about 30 miles north of Baltimore and 30 miles south of Delaware. Probably about 1 hour from Philadelphia and about 1 hour from Lancaster (back roads).

    Northern VA
    I'm in Northern VA...about 35 miles south of DC. Philly is about 3.5 hours away.

    I live in Laurel, MD, which is smack dab in the middle between Balt and Washington. Jean, what town are you in? Where would a good middle be for the VA/MD/PA people meet? I'm looking forward to it!!!!

    I live in Philly, i would love to meet everyone, but i have been having so many problems lately and i am starting a new treatment plus physical therapy. I am not driving either, so if everyone comes to Philliy i am in!!! Hoagie and steak sandwhiches on me!! I think there should also be some Jersey girls here...

    I just did some brief calculations. It looks like about 9 of us live within 2 hours of Philadelphia. Of course, I don't have exact addresses, however, I did a mapquest from certain towns to Philadelphia. BunnyJane, sohardbnme, Edna M. & you live close to Philadelphia. KayNYC, Linpsu, MomMichelle, chriskaput & myself live within 2 hours of Philadelphia. Padee6339, Gayle & Pattianne live about 3 hours away. We may be coming to you! How does this sound to everyone?

    If those of us who live 3 hours or so away could find a nice hotel or motel nearby, we could come to Philly. I've been there twice - once in the 8th grade to see the Liberty Bell, and once for my neice's graduation from the University of the Arts (what a party that was!!!). We stayed in a dumpy motel just on the NJ side. Don't want to do that again, it was yucky. The only food places I know in Philly are Pat's and Gino's, and even though they are great, they won't do at all!!! LOL. So if we do decide on Phila, then someone from there can pick the restaurant and I'll look online for some hotels in the vicinity.
