good advice

Hi,
I just want to say thanks for the good advice. I have just returned home from the lab. Had a ca 125 test. I called my dr and they faxed it right over to the lab. Got in the car , they took the blood , now I wait. Any idea on how long the wait for results is. Just wondering. Thanks for the advice..

    speed of CA-125 results
    I usually receive my CA-125 results in less than 8 hours and sometimes in as little as 4 hours. It may depend on the lab. Good Luck, Roxanna

    Same for me........a matter
    Same for me........a matter of a few hours, but definitely the same day.

    The wheels turn slower here. When my mother gets her CA125 taken on Friday, the results are available the following Wednesday. When we can't wait, I email the oncologist's nurse so she can quickly reply with the numbers.

    If the lab results are at
    If the lab results are at the same facility, its usually within minutes.

    If not, anywhere from a few hours to usually the next business day.
