Doctor scoped me this morning. he said he didn't see anything new. It's been 3 months since the last one. All clear. I am waiting for my Onco to call with the schedule for my six month PET. Waiting on the insurance approval. Still getting the lhermitts and dry throat. Salvia is much better. Eating is good. Maintaining weight. I am about 15lbs lighter before all this started but I haven't lost anymore. Probably will stay aroung this weight, just need to firm it all up.
Best to all.

Firm up
Now is the time, Jo, to start working out. Try to get with someone who knows what we have gone through. Have them help you set up a schedule of tension excersises and using some free weights. Don't overdo it, cause we still get tired very easily. A good hour every other day of stretching and core building will bring about wonders to your healing advancement. Glad things are going great.
