    Very sorry to hear your sad news. Thank you for letting us know, though. I am relieved your friend is able to spend some time with you now. I've sent out a prayer for help for you for getting through the next few days, and am sending thoughts of strength your way. Take care of yourself, and come "see" us whenever you need to. We appreciate your prayers on our behalf - thank you. Charlie is being mourned here, as you are being honored. Any of us would have been lucky to have had a "basket case" like you on our side in the fight, just like Charlie was lucky. Do well, Jan.

    I am deeply sorry about this news. Like Kim said, your posts were all about Charlie but they said so much about you. He was very lucky to have you with him through this. I hope you know that along with your friend there now you have us here as well. There needs to be a caretaker Hall of Fame for you and the other caretakers who mean so very much to all of us who suffer. I hold what your did for Charlie in the highest regard. Thank you for being with him and for being an inspiration to all of us.

    Jan, I am so sorry for the loss of your husband Charlie. I lost my husband Elmer to this terrible cancer 9 months ago. Although we will always miss our husbands very much, we must always hold on to the wonderful memories we had together and remember that they always live in our hearts. May God give you strength and comfort during this difficult time. Betty
