PET scan results

Final impression read as follows:
1 No Hyoermetabolic masses or lymph nodes.
2 Overall homogeneous distribution of FDG within the patient's bone marrow (chemotherapy), favors a positive response to the patient's therpeutic regimine, with a small isolated area of hypermetabolic concern in the posterior left sacrum.
3 No new metatasis demonstrated.
I guess that boils down this D@345 stuff is actually working!
Whoop Whoop Whoopee!!!
Hanging in there and thank all of you for your prayers and concerns.
Edie
p.s. The first PET in May pretty much was a lot of gloom and doom.

I was originally supposed to get TAC then my onc pulled the A said he woul save the big guns for later if needed. So it has been the Taxotere and The Cytoxin with Zometa every treatment and Neulasta shot on Monday. I do my chemo on Friday, so I have to wait til Monday for neulasta. Trust me when I read that report and compared it to the first one I almost fainted!
As to how i'm going to celebrate mmmmmm take a day off from work for some other reason than doc's visits, go to lunch with a couple of friends and drink a nice bottle of chardonnay!
Thanks ladies for all your good vibes prayers and hugs, i don't know that the news would have been this good with out all your support. I feel it every day!
((((Hugs)))) and Bless you all,
