    Hi Jimbo

    New Zealand
Hondo, the south island of New Zealand. My wife and I rented a car and toured the south island for a month in 2008. We plan on going back after I am fully recovered. Cheers,

    No greater joy
Congratulations Hondo. I guess "no greater joy" does apply relative to good news concerning our medical conditions.

    Late Congrats
    Hondo,

Great news! You are usually a man of few words, but those words are always heartfelt and come straight to the point and have tons of meaning! Good news couldn't come to a better person! Congrats to our Leader on CSN!

    Positive thoughts - always

Hondo, that is awsome!!!!! I know you are very releived. I'm sorry you're having others problems but at least you won't be dealing with cancer that wanted to show itself again!! Take care.
    God bless you, friend

    Awesome
I have only been going through this thing since April of this year and sometimes it feels like it has been forever.
What impacted me the most when I read your wonderful post is that this scan was your first clean scan in 8 years. 8 years.
What a feeling it must have been when the doctor said no cancer!
You have been a true warrior in every sense of the word and I am so happy for you!

    Congrats Hondo!
as many other said, you were a great inspiration for me too! my father has been going through treatment and healing since march of this year from stage 4 tongue cancer! and we got the news this past week that biopsies showed no cancer! i said what what! he too suffers from jaw pain that brings him to his knees, as im sure you can relate to :-(.. its amazing how he now wants to get out of bed knowing that the pain is from radiation and not from the cancer itself, AMEN!

i will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers!

p.s. i was actually getting on thsi site today to post about the jaw pain..

    Hi Nicki

I am glad to hear the great news about your Dad. I too was always worried thinking the jaw pain was from the cancer, but now I just thank God everyday for His goodness and take a few pain pills and move on with life. The pain is just part of my new Normal me

All the best to you and your Dad
