Hormone therapy side effects
It's normal for libido to vanish during hormone therapy. But once your testosterone comes back up, your libido etc. may (!) return. This may take longer than you wish, especially because you will have been on hormone therapy for more than 2 years. Age also plays a role.
But it seems premature to me to be looking at an implant. There are other ways to 'revitalize'; Cialis, Viagra, penile injections, among others.
BTW, did you discuss (with your urologis) to limit the Lupron to 18 or 24 months? There is evidence that that works just as well, but with limited information about your disease, I can only make a suggestion.
