skin on neck still changing

hi all I hope all is well, my skin on my neck is still going from regular back to dark like it was when I was going through radiation and im six months out of treatment have any of you heard of this?

    I noticed mine doing the same thing. Kinda like I've been sun burned. I am 4 months out.

    late stage reactions
    My husband is just two weeks post treatment, but we have a friend who shared with us that six months after his treatment ended he had a recurrence of side effects. His doctor called it 'late reaction' and said the radiation is still having an effect on his body and that it is within normal reactions. It did go away and he healed just fine and is doing well.
