Hi everyone. I'm new to this group. My wife was dx about 2 years ago with unresctable HCC. Since she's had 3 targeted treatments to her liver tumors ( TACE & SIRT) and has started Nexavar. When she 1st started 1/2 dose gave her a very very severe rash plus high fever. We had to take her off the drug and since have been "staging" the dose and now, after about 3 mos. she's up to 50% of the full dosage. Her last scan (1 mo. ago) did show some regression but also indicated more scattered small lung spots. Our prayer is that we can keep building up her dose amount of Nexavar and hopefully it will have more effect on the lung spots. Can anyone else who's been on the drug share with me their experience/ Thanks so much.
