At some point in the past you used one of the Profiler Treatment Option Tools for Cancer. At the time you registered for this treatment decision tool, you indicated that you would be interested in being contacted by NexCura, which operates the Profiler Tools for cancer, for opportunities to participate in market research.

We are writing to let you know that a research group will be conducting an online survey with patients who have been formally diagnosed with advanced cancer (Stage 3 or Stage 4) and are using private health insurance. The research group is offering $35 to qualified patients who participate in the 25-minute online survey.
