Has anyone experienced alcohol ablation int the lymph node area of the neck? What were the results?

I may be undergoing lymph node ablation in the neck area with an alcohol injection. Has anyone had this done and what were the results? Possible residual papillary thyroid cancer after after thyroid cancer surgery four years age.
